Since 2001, SCOPE has engaged residents in conversations around various citizen-chosen topics, sparking robust dialogue and focusing on possibilities for the future. SCOPE processes free citizens to innovate, develop new approaches and partnerships, and take action to create meaningful community change.
SCOPE works at many scales in the community - the micro scale of neighborhoods, the meso of citizen workgroups and the macro of public policy decisions and regional impact.
